Refund Policy

CoupleMoment is operated by Ravid Zer, a sole proprietor based in Israel. CoupleMoment is free to use. CoupleMoment Premium is an optional subscription: $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year.
Bought on our website (app.couplemoment.com)
Purchases on our website are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, shows on your card statement and handles refunds and sales tax.
- 14 days, no questions. If Premium isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of a charge (your first payment or a renewal) and you get a full refund. You don't have to give a reason.
- Cancel anytime online. In the web app go to Profile → Manage subscription, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. It takes no more steps than subscribing, and you never have to call anyone.
- After 14 days we don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or something went wrong on our side. Write to us anyway; we look at every request.
- How to ask: email hello@couplemoment.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt, or ask Paddle directly at paddle.net. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- When a refund is issued, or a payment is reversed, Premium ends on your account.
Bought in the iPhone or Android app
Subscriptions bought in the app are sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and their refund rules apply. We can't refund those ourselves.
- iPhone: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: request it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or at support.google.com/googleplay.
