Your privacy choices

Last updated: November 5, 2026

This page shows what you can turn off, and how to get or delete your data. The full details are in our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

The ad pixels on our website

Some pages of couplemoment.com load the Meta Pixel (and the TikTok Pixel, if we turn it on) so we can see whether our ads work. They are only on the website, never in the app. They don't load:

On our legal, privacy, safety and health pages, and on pages about sex, therapy or mental health, we don't load our own analytics (PostHog) either: no page view, no recording, and no link to an account you create later.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out. The ad pixels don't load at all, and our own website analytics (PostHog) stops recording sessions. You don't need to do anything else. Browsers such as Firefox, Brave and DuckDuckGo can send it, and extensions can add it to others.

Turn the ad pixels off on this browser

Use this button if your browser doesn't send GPC. It turns off the ad pixels and session recordings on couplemoment.com in this browser. If you clear your browser data or use another browser, press it again there.

You can also block third-party cookies in your browser, or change your ad settings with Meta and TikTok.

The opt-out doesn't turn off our own analytics, which we never use for ads. To have that data deleted, email us (below).

Do Not Track

We respond to Global Privacy Control as described above. We don't respond differently to the older "Do Not Track" browser signal, because there's no common standard for it.

In the app

The app has no ad trackers. In your Profile → Privacy & data you can:

Get a copy of your data, or delete it

We don't charge you or treat you differently for using these choices.

We don't sell your personal information, use your personal topics for ads, or use your data to train AI.
